Cosi provides all inclusive, fully furnished, boutique style rooms to students and professionals. We understand the importance of feeling at home and having the ability to focus on your work, but also being able to put your feet up, relax and socialise with like minded people who share similar interests.
As a tenant of ours, we make sure that there is no stone unturned and every room is made with pure luxury and style in mind.
What makes a Cosi home?
Dedicated Portfolio Manager
From the first day you contact us you will have one point of contact. Your Portfolio Manager will get to know you and ensure we place you in the right home, guiding you through the process.
All properties are thoroughly checked
Not any house can become a Cosi Home, we check every property to ensure the highest standards in every aspect of the home we offer you.
Housemate compatibility
It’s a home worth sharing after all, and we won’t just put anyone together. We get to know every tenant so that we can put people in a house who are like minded so it really feels like home.
Exclusive discounts
Occasionally we are lucky enough to offer exclusive discounts. These are exclusively for our tenants for online shopping at all sorts of nationwide brands. Plus local bars and restaurants.
Bills included
Gas, Electric, Water and TV license are all covered. For individual rooms we include a couple of extras such as Council Tax and a cleaner. Exact terms will be discussed with your portfolio manager.
Dedicated app
All our tenants get access to an app where you can review tenancy details, report and track maintenance, review rent schedules, check paperwork etc.
